All departments of the 工程学院 use one uniformed advising form. 学生 must have this form 填写 (preferably typed) PRIOR to their advising appointment. 教师 have the right to cancel appointments if students show up without this form 填写.

All students must fill out this additional transient credit approval form for the 工程学院 along with the USA Transient Approval Form.

Both must be turned in together for review.
